Information about Griff
A1K9 Griff is a striking looking Bi colour, Czech bred, German Shepherd male who joined us from the Czech Republic in 2016 to start his extensive obedience and protection training. A large and imposing looking dog, who not only looks like he can do a job, he can! Griff is level headed and has a super social nature, mixing well with kids and adults alike, as well as being tolerant around other dogs of both sexes and livestock. Griff has two distinct sides to his personality, the fun loving family pet who enjoys cuddles and a game of ball and the fearless, steadfast protector whose prime concern is protecting those in his care. Griff’s defence is natural and unfaltering and is not borne out of sport style training but is innate, very real and he is a very worthy opponent to any would be adversary trying to breach the home or family security.
As with most of our dogs, Griff enjoys downtime chilling with the family and he has shown himself to be very patient and accommodating with younger members of the family, happy to play, roll around and have his belly tickled.
Griff is a great choice for a family with kids looking to greatly enhance their home security whilst incorporating a truly gentle pet who will without doubt prove to be a big hit with the whole family as well as friends and welcome visitors.
