A1K9 family protection dog Casper is a Belgian Shepherd (Malinois) that we imported from the Netherlands to join our training program. Casper is a very sweet natured dog, ideally suited to family life as he had the benefit of growing up with small children in a family home.
He has a great work ethic and has proven to be very easy to train, soaking up the training like a sponge. Casper has great obedience and is incredibly easy to handle to the point that a child could walk this dog with ease. Regarding his protection capabilities, one could only describe this dog as being a very hard hitter, as he is very fast, very precise and incredibly committed; whilst still remaining easy to control.
Casper will be an ideal choice for a family with children and or other dogs and particularly for a client who might be looking for something that is a little smaller than a German Shepherd male.
